The Final War?

Here are the Biggest Unsolved Mysteries in One Piece

    #15-Who is “Joy Boy”?

“Joy Boy” was a man from the surface world who played an important role in the history of Fishman Island. He was first mentioned on the Ryugu Poneglyph read by Nico Robin while at the Sea Forest

    #14-How powerful are the Gorosei?

The Gorosei (literally meaning “Five Elder Stars”) are the heads of the World Government, and as such, they essentially rule the entire world. They are the five men who rule above the Marines, Cipher Pol, and the ones who made a pact with the Shichibukai. So far, none of their names have been revealed.

#13-How did Blackbeard acquire multiple devil powers?

#12-Who are Sanji’s parents and two older brothers of the Vinsmoke family?

#11-How do Devil Fruits work? Where do they come from?

#10-What is The Revolutionary Army’s goal?

    #9-Florian Triangle

The Florian Triangle, (literally translated as Zone of Demonic Triangle) is a stretch of sea that one has to cross over when heading from Water 7 to Fishman Island. It is covered in a fog so thick that it blocks out all sunlight. According to Kokoro, many pirate and commercial ships mysteriously go missing every year and, sometimes, a ship will be found sailing without any people aboard. It has also been said that there are many haunted ships with dead bodies sailing across the sea

    #8-What’s Dragon’s Ability?

He is the infamous Revolutionary leader who has been attempting to overthrow the World Government. He is the World Government’s greatest enemy and is the most dangerous and most wanted man in the world.

    #7-All Blue

The All Blue is a mystical sea of legend, rumored to be the only place in the world where the North, South, East, and West seas meet. In this legendary ocean, it is said that there are fish from each of the four seas, and to have such a resource at one’s disposal is the ultimate dream of every chef. Sanji strives to find this ocean of dreams. It is said that All Blue is found in the Grand Line.

#6-Who’s Luffy’s mom and is she alive?

#5-Where and what is Uranus? Where are the parts of Pluton? What is Pluton? What do the Ancient Weapons look like and what do they do? What is the connection between the Ancient Weapons and the Void Century?

#4-What Happened during the Void Century?

The Void Century is a century-long gap in recorded and archaeological history, the study of which is forbidden by the World Government. These events occurred 800 to 900 years before the current storyline. It was hinted at during the Skypiea arc; the dates were seen in Robin’s flashback.

    #3-Voice of all Things

The voice of all things is mysterious and still unspecified phenomenon in the world of One Piece. It was first mentioned by Silvers Rayleigh when he revealed that Gol D. Roger had the ability to hear it.

#2-What does “The Will of D” means?

In the series, a number of characters have the middle initial “D.”. This mysterious middle initial has been called the “Will of D” or “D’s will” by several characters in One Piece.

    #1-ONE PIECE

One Piece is a legendary treasure said to be of unimaginable value.

It is said that it was hidden somewhere deep in the Grand Line, presumably in the last island, Raftel, by its deceased owner, the Pirate King Gol D. Roger.

    So what is “One Piece”?

STRAWHATS FINAL ENEMY AND FINAL WAR IN MARIEJOIS

The theme of Mariejois is like Olympus in Greek mythology because they are both located in high altitude place and has a gigantic palace which is built on top of the mountain. (Mariejois built on top of the Red Line.)

Olympus is the home of divine family and ruling gods and Mariejois is the home of Celestial Dragons which we can say the divine family in OP and Gorosei the so called gods.

The pattern or theme of Mariejois is Olympus so we might see a character which is conceptualize and inspired by the king of gods in Olympia. Who’s the king of gods and ruler of Olympus?

In ancient Greece Zeus is the king of gods, god of sky and ruler of Olympus, he is the strongest god in Olympus and no one can oppose him nor fight him because of his great power.

A character inspired by Zeus is very possible because there are gods in One Piece and maybe that strongest god will be the final villain that Strawhats will going to face in the final war against Marines, World Government, Celestial Dragons and Gorosei in the Mariejois.

Remember what Oda said before that the Marineford war will gonna look like nothing in the final chapter that’s why he’s motivated to keep drawing One Piece and he likes his fans to stick with him til the end.

Luffy’s Grand Fleet and maybe other pirates or all pirates and Revos will join Strawhats in the huge war against World Government, Marines, Celestial Dragon and Gods in Mariejois, this is great to see as the last chapter of One Piece!

Mariejois is the greatest place for the final war because remember the impact, excitement and insanity that we felt when Whitebeard Pirates attacked the based of marines in Marineford and started the summit war, what more if we see the Strawhats and his allied forces attack the Marines, World Government, Gorosei and Celestial Dragons in Mariejois and start the final great war. It will definitely give us more excitement, goose bumps and emotions because many pirates and marines will die in this war.

          Hierarchy of the World Government

          6012

            THE WORLD GOVERNMENT’S ULTIMATE GOAL

Before I proceed with the actual speculation, I would like to clear the meaning of “World Government” for upcoming thoughts. As we know, the political organization is lead by the Gorosei, the “Five Elder Stars”:

They do not only hold the greatest power in the One Piece world commanding all the Admirals and Vice-Admirals, Kong, Magellan, the latest Pacifistas, groups like CP0 and – probably the guy with the most potential at all – Dr. Vegapunk. On top of that, since they are every non-pirate’s masterminds and even look like they would have serious fighting skills, they might be on a level with the very strongest – possibly on par with a Yonko’s strength each (- just imagine the upcoming war with four Yonkos and the Pirate King versus the five Elder Stars (alongside with all the other guys)).
According to this (and ignoring those marionettes called “Tenryuubito”) we might reduce the meaning of “World Government” to that geezer team without eyebrows. So to say, five guys with one aim.
Therefor, I want to discuss the question:

What does the World Goverment (= The Gorosei) really want?

The great pirate era started with Roger’s last words and was refreshed by Whitebeard as he confirmed the One Piece to be real:

So we could assume that along with the pirates the WG wants to find the One Piece. But I suspect it to be not the whole truth. The One Piece treasure will only be a means to an end. Actually, it could not be simpler:

            They want to survive.

As obvious as it seems, since every living being (without Kaidou) wants to survive, it gets quite a different meaning if we consider how hard the WG already tried to do so. It is not only about defeating and imprisoning some pirates so concrete danger dissolves. The WG is in charge of possibilites “to become as immortal as possible”.
It probably started long time before Gol D. Roger and the following pirate era.
It is all about living forever – meaning they will not die by age, nor by any disease (or wound).

            A. Regarding Jewelry Bonney and her Devil Fruit

We do not know how Jewelry Bonney is related to the World Government. But we do know that they are interested in her:

We also know that she is able to manipulate people’s age:

Thus, she is pretty useful to reach immortality at least in one aspect – those who benefit from her power continually would not have to die of aging. But even if the fruit’s effects worked permanently, it would not be a durable solution. The effect could be revoked as the devil fruit user becomes unconscious or dead. Or just resists the WG’s will to help.

            B. Regarding Trafalgar Law and his Ope Ope No Mi

Law’s fruit was considered to be the ultimate fruit in the world:

Eventhough, we do not know how it works exactly. But we know that the user could give his life in order to make somebody “ageless”. Still, many discussions have been arisen what it could mean. Some speculate the benefitted individual does not age anymore, some even say he/ she/ it could only die by age, but not by wounds or diseases. (In the last case, Trafalgar Law’s and Bonney’s abilities combined could make the benefitted one truly immortal as long as “Bonney’s” effect does not get revoked (and after years renewed) – which made it imbalanced.)

            C. Regarding Princess Mansherry and her Chiyu Chiyu No Mi

Princess Mansherry’s Devil Fruit makes her able to heal wounds:

Its true potential is still unknown, e. g. if it was useful for (deadly) diseases, too, or if it could even revive (!) at its potentials pinnecale. Nevertheless, it also only prevents from dying indirectly. With Law’s Fruit being considered as the most valuable DF, I am not so sure about if the WG knew about Mansherry or the Chiyu Chiyu No Mi. Sengoku seemed somewhat amazed – as if he did not know about the fruit before:

Who knows – maybe the fruit’s ability will be reported to the WG by a “bad Marine” (like Bastille or so) or the CP0 meaning that Mansherry could get captured during the upcoming Reverie.

            D. Regarding Kaidou and his ability/ luck/ fate

Even lesser is known about Kaidou. It was stated that he could not die, yet:

The WG’s dream seems to be his curse. Until now, it is not known, why and how he survived so far. It might be related to his possible Devil fruit or – and that would be inaccessible by the WG – just fate and/ or luck. (In case preordained “fate” existed in the One Piece world, the WG’s efforts would be useless either way.)

            E. Dr. Vegapunk’s Experiments on Giants

Ceasar Clown revealed that Dr. Vegapunk experimented to turn humans into giants:

We know from SBS Vol. 19 Ch. 168, p. 46 that giants are able to become way older than humans – up to 300 years:

Of course, obtaining a giants age would not lead to immortality, but it would buy some time if they could copy that effect of slow aging. Also, if the WG got to know why giants become that old, they might find a way to become even older.

            F. The Curious Case of Dr. Kureha

As recently shown Dr. Kureha is quite vital at 141 years.

As we know, she always spoke of herself as a young woman. Now imagine if she would have found the secret to age like a giant. She would have been aged like a ~65 years old “normal OP-human”. She also will attend the Reverie. Maybe Wapol told information about Dr. Kureha to the WG in exchange which could lead to a capturing, too. Or maybe Dr. Kureha does already know Dr. Vegapunk. We will see – but it is for sure that her biological clock would be interesting to the WG.

            G. Advanced Technology

Beyond the pirate theme of the 16th century from our real life, One Piece is influenced by futuristic science fiction aspects, too. Besides Dr. Vegapunk (and Franky), also Dr. Tsukimi seemed to work on “robotic” individuals.

            G. I. Dr. Vegapunk’s Experiments on Pacifistas

In parallel to other experiments, Dr. Vegapunk created cyborgs. Cyborgs consist of biological individuals with mechanical parts:

At first glance, they just seem to be powerful military forces. But there could be a deeper meaning to their nature. If it was possible to replace every single (human) body part step by step, biologic individuals could be prevented from dying by age, diseases or wounds – as long as they are able to conservate the (human’s) conscious mind.
Until now, they seem to have failured in “recreating” a human being, since “Kuma” lost his personality:

But it could only be a matter of time, until Dr. Vegapunks finds out how “to replace a brain with its personality”. An important clue is that Dr. Vegapunk managed to transmit a Devil Fruit onto a lifeless object plus that Devil Fruits might transfer characteristics of the previous owner(s).

            G. II. The Automatas’ Manner of Functioning

Not being a great military force, the automatas that Dr. Tsukimi build seem to have emotions:

Therefor Dr. Tsukimi seems to be the first one shown who created entirely artificial life:

Also, Enel just had to “breathe life into automatas” by electric energy “to (re)vive” them:

Using this very technology could mean that Dr. Tsukimi found a way to play God. Still we do not know where Dr. Tsukimi lived or to whom he could belong to. But maybe his residence was close to the Marines/ WG:

The question would be, why the WG did not use Dr. Tsukimi’s knowledge, yet. Probably, the Marines/ the WG did not know about him/ his knowledge/ what Automatas are. (But I guess Dr. Vegapunk most likely will or even does already know.)

            H. Obtaining One Piece

Last but not least, I will link the WG’s goal to the big treasure One Piece which might be the only durable solution to survive.
            Referring to my main theory

(- that OP’s loose template is based on “The Mysterious Cities of Gold” from 1982), the One Piece will be a device which bears the energy of the inner Sun (- besides countless (loose) parallels, Sun energy was once used peacefully by two kingdoms, but then a war broke out, Sun weapons were used and the kingdoms vanished). In TMCoG it was stated that it provides those who use it as a medicine that could cure any disease. Everybody could live eternally.
If that was the case, the WG would be highly interested in that device as well. But that is only speculation..~
(Also, the Gorosei could be aliens.)

            Conclusion/ tl;dr

At this rate, it seems that the Gorosei (= masterminds of world politics) are looking for different ways to evade death due to age, diseases and/ or wounds (at least temporarily) – …

            • … either by Devil Fruits (of Law, Bonney, Mansherry(, Kaidou), …), …
            • … or by biology knowledge about giants and/ or Dr. Kureha, …
            • … or by advanced technology regarding cyborgs and automatas and the “One Piece”.

Nevertheless, nothing and no one seems to be invulnverable so nothing or nobody could become immortal, technically (- Kaidou was defeated before, still seems to have “luck”; Poneglyphs can be formed). But still, they try to survive eternally, thus becoming “as immortal as possible“.

Choose your favorite occupation out of these :-)

THE 6 GODS OF THE ONE PIECE WORLD!

As I am RE-watching Skypiea I couldn’t help but noticed what Sanji said, now I may be looking way to deep into this, but this is not the first time Sanji has talked about, “the Gods” in one scene Usopp was scared of traveling through the Ordeal Of Balls, Usopp then talks about how powerful Enel might be, for he is a “God” in reply Sanji told Usopp, “There are many Gods in the world” referring to the position of God in terms of power right?

But like I said before, this isn’t the first time he’s talked about, “the Gods” in Enies Lobby he once again talked about them! “Cooking is a gift from the Gods, the spices are from the Devil”

Now I may be over analyzing here but let’s say there are Gods in the world of One Piece, who are they and where are they from, etc.

Well we all know Oda likes to use mythology, everything and anything related to that nature. In mythology, Greek to be exact, the Gods of Olympics are bestowed upon planets. In the One Piece world there are 6 planets. Now I’m going to say oh “Zeus is this guy and Hades is this guy” but.. Sanji is talking about Gods, and there are 6 planets in the world of One Piece.

So now that I’ve established the fact that in mythology Gods and planets are symbolic with each other, they have importance, etc. It’s time to get into the juicy stuff.

We all know that there was once 21 Kingdoms, I believe Joyboy is in fact one of the 6 Gods in the world of One Piece. The other 5 Gods were from the other planets there is in One Piece. Now you all have heard the popular theory that the people of One Piece we see today were from the other planets, a lot of people have incorporated it to their theories, so I guess I will to, because well I do believe in that theory. But none the less I believe the other 5 Gods were under Joyboy and were rulers with Joyboy.

Now the Gods are dead, but who could of killed them 900 years ago? I believe the Gorosei did! Gorosei = 5 Stars? Hmmm little suspicious don’t you think? 6 planets, 5 men who call them self “Stars”

Now I believe the Gorosei also lived in the Void Century, the age & human body haven’t been fully explain yet, we’ve seen 100+ year old characters yet they look nothing like 100 years old, some even fresh and ready to fight! Now since there is 6 planets, and 5 men who call them self “Stars” (this next part is going off of speculation) I believe there were in-fact 6 Gorosei members but one of them died in the Void Century. The only evidence I can prove that the Gorosei are powerful/battle worthy are the scars they have, no old guy can have a scar and say the didn’t go into battle. Obviously the scars they have look like battle scars!

Conclusion: Going off of what Sanji said in Skypiea and Enies Lobby I am starting to believe Joyboy was a God in the Void Century, but not only that there where other Gods in the Void Century who were from other planets (like in Greek myth, how Gods and the planets are symbolic with each other) The Gorosei had 6 members and had gone to war with the 6 Gods, and the results were the Gorosei being the Victor, but only with one of their members dead.

                6 – Planets
                5 – Gorosei
                Odd isn’t it?

A NEW DEVELOPMENT: THE BATTLE OF FOUR ARMIES

Alright, I would like to premise this theory first with a statement that I always thought that Luffy and his allies would ultimately clash with the World Government and the Marines at the final war (excluding the final battle with Blackbeard)

But, some developments happened along the way and kinda made me think of possibilities so, I would get this out of the way immediately:

The Marines (at least some of them) would breakaway from the World Government and execute a Coup d’Etat.

Now this faction would be very different from the Revolutionaries.

The Revolutionaries wanted to overthrow the government and got no problem affiliating themselves with outside forces like Pirates.

But the Breakaway Marines (we will refer to them as X-Marines) are the guys who still detest pirates, the same way they detest the World Government.

There are several instances in the manga why this thought came to my mind.

First is the apparent disappointment of the Fleet Admiral over the decision of the World Government.

Second is the desire of Admiral Fujitora to defy the government privateers called “Shichibukai” system and his obvious disdain for the World Government.

Now, the other reasons I have are just a speculations, but I believe I got good grounds for it..currently in Zou arc, some parts of Sanji’s backstory had been revealed, and it was said that this “Vinsmoke Family”, which Sanji is a relative of, leads a group called “Warhouse / Germa Double Six”

Now with the involvement of Capone “Gang” Bege, who obviously had been inspired from Al Capone, a famous Mafia Leader, it would be fair to assume that Capone was hired to bring the news to Sanji by another Mafia Group.

Which is kinda confirmed in a way because they are said to be a “Family of Assassins”, well either way, moving on….

With “Germa 66” name as well, I would assume that Oda used this name in order to reference a group/organization from the movie “Kill Bill”, by Quentin Tarantino (Oda loves Tarantino Films)

The Crazy 88, which is led by a Mafia Leader / Underworld Leader.

(wouldnt be surprised if the Vinsmokes hide their faces like this to hide the eyebrows. LOL.)

I’ll dive into this topic in another theory (and Germa 66 connection to a card game), but lets just say, the head of Vinsmoke Family lured Sanji into doing what he wants by using someone Sanji loves as a bait.

The point i’m trying to make (which is kinda confusing coz I rambled on) is that the Vinsmoke Family is a Mafia Family.

I’ll just get straight to the point.

Each of the Gorosei leads their own organizations, so that makes it 5 organizations including the Germa 66 and Cipher Pol.

Simply said, in the game of chess, those 5 organizations are the real “guys” of the World Government.

The Marines?: Pawns, disposable pawns who always get fronted in battle and dont know the real “identities” of the World Government, especially the Gorosei.

So I believe some Marines would breakaway from the World Government and start a new faction.

So in the final war, we have:

                  1. The Strawhat Pirates and its Grand Fleet.
                  2. The Blackbeard Pirates and its Grand Fleet.
                  3. The World Government (Science Division, Germa 66, Cipher Pol etc.)
                  4. X-Marines.

And yes, I don’t believe the Red Hair Pirates and the Revolutionaries would be there for the Final War…

                  *Theory by beck

A THEORY ABOUT SANJI’S SOLO ARC, BIG MOM, PUDDING AND BONNEY

In this theory I will be discussing the possible events of Sanji’s solo arc, the whole deal with Big Mom and these weird thing called “Tea Party”
So first, let’s start with this line:

                    And this one too:

If you guys, noticed, Akainu and Brook both mentioned they had “a chill run down their spine”, i’ll just be straightforward about it.

I believe Akainu is referring to Bonney being Big Mom’s daughter. (Akainu have no idea about the wedding) and this indicates that Bonney seemed to have already been caught by the Marines before.

While Brook was referring to his familiarity to the Vinsmoke Family, a famous Mafia group.

And this Vinsmoke Family, I believe is led by the blonde guy, from the Gorosei.

Remember that Brook is around 90 years old, so this means that whoever this Vinsmoke is should be around for quite a few decades in power.

Which by logical assumption is the Gorosei.

And both of them (Sanji and Bonney), had been wanted all along by both the World Government and the Charlotte Family for one and one thing only.

                    A Marriage.

Sanji and Bonney are “supposed” to be wed by the Vinsmoke and Charlotte Family, it’s the reason why Bonney currently hiding right now.

So reason why I said “supposedly” is because right now, Bonney is not gonna marry Sanji, but the 35th daughter of Big Mom.

Pudding, which I suppose is this girl.

It’s probably safe to assume that Big Mom’s “daughters” aren’t biological. come on.

Well, I assume the “Mafia” identity of the Gorosei is most probably a secret to marines, so they wouldn’t know it, I believe this marriage would start a “secret” alliance between the Charlotte Family and the Gorosei.

As I said before in my previous theories, I said that Kaido is actually “secretly” affiliated with the World Government as well, and I think the Gorosei are trying to do the same thing with Big Mom.

The World Government using Doflamingo and Caesar to ally with Kaido, while they are using “Marriage” to ally with Big Mom.

I’ll just stop here coz this is not my main theory.

                    ==========

Anyway, I’ll assume that Bonney probably ran away from Big Mom after she was forced to marry someone (probably a Tenryuubito) because it’s Ace’s “D” (if you know what I mean) who Bonney really likes to get.

So after Bonney ran away, Pudding was next in line.

Now some backstory speculation, the Mafia Gorosei impregnated a woman in North Blue (Roger did that, so its open season) and of course their son turned out to be Sanji.

In order to keep them separated (because he is a douchebag who dont care about having a son) the Mafia Gorosei sent Sanji to East Blue , while her mom stayed in Marijoies (or North Blue)

Obviously by crossing over Red Line, a feat only someone like a resident of Marijoies could perform.

Probably Capone just joined Big Mom Pirates in order to find Sanji because he is actually either a subordinate or an ally group of the Vinsmoke Family.

Personally, I believe Capone and Crocodile are the real partners and Capone is just tasked in finding Sanji and Crocodile in finding Bonney.

Of course i’m inclined to think that them two got their own Mafia Group apart from Vinsmokes.

                    =========

Alright, so let’s now discuss what I think would happen in Sanji’s Arc. (Assuming he gets one)

Firstly, I dont believe Sanji would get saved by the Strawhats (that’s so Robin) and secondly, Luffy and Zoro already expressed their full trust in Sanji.

What I think would happen, is that these 2 arcs (Sanji’s Arc and Zou Arc) would be told interchangeably at the same time, in which both parties would lead to Wano-Kuni Arc.

And ultimately to the fall of Kaido.

There’s no doubt in my mind now that Big Mom’s pirate crew, will end up being an ally of the Strawhat Grand Fleet after the Sanji Arc.

And this same Sanji Arc would bring back and introduce some big time players, as well as the Zou Arc.

Rather than going rounds in circles, i’ll just provide you on who I think would be the characters that would comprise of Sanji’s team:

                    1. Black Leg Sanji
                    2. Smoker
                    3. Tashigi
                    4. Absalom
                    5. Gecko Moriah
                    6. Jewelrey Bonney
                    7. X-Drake
                    8. Jinbe
                    9. Pekoms
                    10. Pudding
                    11. Crocodile

These are people who would get introduced and re-introduced in Sanji’s Arc:
                    1. Dr. Vegapunk
                    2. Sentoumaru
                    3. Big Mom (obviously)
                    4. Pudding (obviously too)
                    5. Admiral Kizaru
                    6. Capone Bege
                    7. Crocodile
                    8. The Blonde Gorosei

Caesar would be taken away by Admiral Kizaru, while Vegapunk will reveal himself as one of the Revolutionary Leaders and leave the World Government.

The end of this arc would be Big Mom ending up as an ally of Sanji and the Strawhat Pirates.

Sanji’s team would come with him in Wano and merge with Luffy’s team.

While in Wano, Fujitora, Sengoku and Tsuru would also be involved. Ryukogyu would be introduced.

I actually have a scenario in mind but I know Oda-sensei would think of something better so I just left things like this.
